HIGH SCHOOL TRAINING
The High School Group Training program focuses on explosive power, speed, and strength. Athletes will perform more advanced change of direction, plyometric, and agility drills. Athletes will work on resistance and power training with the appropriate equipment. Athletes will be tested in conditioning sessions, learning how to push themselves past mental barriers. Daily mental strength talks will give athletes the opportunity to learn new thinking tools, allowing them to develop leadership qualities that will benefit them in sport and in life.
